Tomorrow (thursday 29th march) is ky last day. I've done pretty well. I have accidentally had sugar a few times but only in the following things:. Ketchup and brown sauce. I hadn't thought to check they had sugar. Liquorice - i thought i was buying sugar free. I wasn't so i put the packet away after 2 bites.
