In May of 2000, we hatched a plan to quit our jobs and go backpacking in Asia. People offered to put us in touch with their friends and family on the other side of the world. Read about the choices we made in our 14-month journey from 2002 through 2003, and the consequences we lived as a result. We also love home: all the people and things that make Montreal and the province of Quebec our favourite places in the world.
