The Farmers — Alprilla Farm
http://alprillafarm.com/the-farmers
Sophie grew up on a small family farm in central New Hampshire where she gardened, made hay and raised several pairs of oxen. After studying Environmental Studies at Vassar College, she tended a market garden for a couple seasons and visited farms around the world before joining the Alprilla crew in 2013. She helps manage the CSA, keeps an eye on the beef herd and is the resident ox teamster. The beautiful photos featured our site were shot by Paul Cary Goldberg.
