*: I am...
http://kerrikreations.blogspot.com/2014/03/i-am.html
Friday, March 21, 2014. I have been working on the March challenge journal page of "I am" for Tracy. And if only the picture would look the same as the page I would be slightly happier. It's not nearly as dark as the photo but that is the best I can do. Apparently. I used stencils, homemade texture paste, some pan pastels, charcoal pencil, big brush pens, acrylic paints. And my white Montana pen. Can't live without that one. Hope you enjoy. And will be back to craft days next week. Posted by Kerri L.

*: Unity Be Inspired Challenge
http://kerrikreations.blogspot.com/2014/03/unity-be-inspired-challenge.html
Wednesday, March 26, 2014. Unity Be Inspired Challenge. Just got some Unity stamps so I figured I could participate in the Unity. Must say I had some fun with this. I used the Loolah Collection for the background. I stamped in archival black and colored with distress markers. Then I sprayed the whole thing with water and watched it move and the color saturate. That was fun. The Be Grateful round stamp is from KOTH Sept 2013 Happiness has no limit. Cardstock is PTI. Here is the sketch. Posted by Kerri L.

*: Inspire Flowers
http://kerrikreations.blogspot.com/2014/03/inspire-flowers.html
Wednesday, March 5, 2014. Here is a page I did this past week that was a spin off of Tracy's Monday night show. And I like how it came out. Not much is the same but it was a great starting place. If I could only draw more than stick figures I would be so much better. Practice. They are made with decades old paper I painted on and buttons from my stash. Added some doodles and faber castell big brush pens for shading. And I have heard dots are happy. Posted by Kerri L. March 5, 2014 at 11:15 PM. It is offi...

Friday, December 13, 2013. I have been at it again. Love watching Mixed Media Monday. With Tracy so here is my journal page inspired by this past Monday night. The supplies used are older than my 9 year old son. Except the grunge letters, they are possibly 5 years old. Paper is ancient and embellishments are from the 90's. Trying to use stuff I have and boy does it feel good. Posted by Kerri L. Wednesday, December 11, 2013. Magazine Monday Week 33. Posted by Kerri L. Sunday, December 8, 2013. I have been...

Saturday, January 25, 2014. I feel like I haven't been on here in ages. I am trying to get back into the rhythm of school and activities but snow days are definitely slowing down the process. However, I have been watching some videos and have been inspired. Is a delight to watch, especially when her dad is in the studio and I have been having fun making some watercolor cards. Here are my creations:. Just some crazy free hand flowers. This one above actually says thinking of you. Posted by Kerri L. Hope y...

Cora Jean's Paper Playtime. A place to view my cards. Sunday, December 14, 2014. Yet more Christmas cards. Too many today to put on Seongsooks Stampers Facebook page so I will blog them. I used pretty papers, older than the hills 3D embellishments, Some pretty tags that I stamped a sentiment on if there wasn't one and lots of that pretty gold mesh ribbon I bought. I also had fun using my Wink Of Stella clear marker. So here they are. All seven of them. December 14, 2014 at 7:09 PM.
