Saturday, December 26, 2009. Christmas morning arrived at a reasonable hour in our household, for once. In spite of hearing the kids up at the crack of dawn, they thankfully had enough sense to let mom and dad sleep in a little. I may have mentioned to them the night before that children who disturbed me would be getting coal in lieu of presents, and who knows.maybe they didn't want to test me? There were tons of kids and tons of food. It was so much fun getting these three little girls together again.

Thursday, April 15, 2010. I LOVE this time of year. Our changes of seasons are pretty subtle in the desert, you have to look closely, but they are there if you're watching. Friday, January 1, 2010. Park day with cousin Myah. I was 14 years old when my mom gave birth to my 4th sister, Faith. I was there when she was born and I dressed her in her very first outfit. She was my live baby doll and a very cute one at that! Faith has always loved kids and has had lots of practice being a mom by babysitting her legions of nieces and nephews before she got married. The kids all loved Aunt Faith too. Who wouldn't? We all enjoyed being outside and playing; especially the little girls!
