Some snippets about myself. Welcome to my personal site. My name is Alfred Klomp, I'm a designer, photographer, programmer, engineer, artist and kind of a technology geek. I was born in the Netherlands in 1982, and still live in the little flat kingdom below the sea. This site houses a collection of things that I find interesting enough to share. As such, this site is mostly a storeroom for some of my obscure interests, which include Soviet-Russian photo gear. You can also find some of the graphic design.

One of them found its way to Amsterdam where it was bought by my grandparents, who passed it on to my dad, who put it in the closet where I found it. First, a bit of history. I find that collecting ca...

Why Agfa didn't go the way of so many other German ca...

But hey for four euros? From assimilating it and charging outrageous prices ( again. I bought my Deluxe at a flea market for 2.

A lot has been said, good and bad, about the fad of the nineties, LOMOgraphy. As we're nearing the end of the year 2002, is it too late for me to put in my two cents worth?
