Monday, September 28, 2009. Here's a picture of Wendy on one of the legs she was running in this Ragnar race that - never mind, you read about it http:/ www.ragnarrelay.com/. Here's a pic of me (and my biker who escorted me through corn fields in pitch black at 5am) after my last leg of the race. I ran 6.8miles at 8am on Friday morning, 4.2 miles at 9pm Friday night and then 7.9 miles on Saturday at 5:30am. the running was fine (thanks to Plumbline! But the lack of sleep was awful! Wow, very impressive!

Thursday, November 19, 2009. Steph has been battling it out though and like we said before, on the road to recovery. This picture above is showing her finish the day two PT station in a time of 12:45. The PT is 30, 20, 10 Pullups, 1 max box jump (26"), and dumbell squats. What's intimidating is that she's the only one who's finishing the PT! You are awesome Steph for sticking in there and not allowing this problem take your focus off life and friends.
