Take it Sitting Down. Life in a wheelchair – might as well share it. Archive for October, 2008. This is Hallowe’en. October 31, 2008. Well it’s Hallowe’en night here … and everywhere else! I’m handing out candy tonight. I’m going to try and convince the boyfriend to wear a cat in the hat hat and mom plopped a witch’s hat on my head. We don’t have costumes, but it doesn’t matter much. We’re just sitting on my porch eating. Handing out the candy. I made mom get Mike n Ikes, so I’m excited. October 24, 2008.

And usually, it’s accompanied by cold temperatures, which is just double-y worse. Snow wheelchair ice = bad news bears. Like, extreme bad news bears. I’m not looking forward to it.
