This evening Rachel took the older kids to a church Christmas musical program while I stayed home with Sarah and Collin. To pass the time, I took out my old train set and we played with it. Wednesday, December 10, 2008. Our Annual Trip to SLC. On Monday we got back from our annual trip to Salt Lake City with my dad. We had a great time and we even got some snow - the day we left! On Friday C wanted to go up to see the capital building. We went inside and ended up going on a tour. The building has been closed for the last 4-5 years for a 250 million renovation. Wednesday, January 7, 2009. We had a great Christmas morning. My sister stayed with us the night before and you should have seen us in the morning. Sunday, September 15, 2013. The summertime fruit was ripe early this year, so before school was even out, strawberries were ready. We get our strawberries from Boxx Berry Farm and they are delicious! I get the processed berries, they are cleaned, stems taken off and then sliced. It isn't much more than picking and saves my back and me listening to my older kids whine "Are we done yet? Wednesday, June 3, 2009. I know that I am a little late in updating, but better late than never. We had a great weekend, lots of sun, lots of family and lots of fun! We went to the Ski to Sea parade on Saturday and what better to do while waiting for the parade to start, but eat! Sorry for the long post :). E sharing a Sierra Mist with Boppa Larlow. Monday, December 14, 2009. So far this Winter. We are trying so hard to get into the holiday mood. We went out and found the perfect tree on Saturday. This summer I did the Fishing Merit Badge at scout camp. I had to catch two species, but the lake only had one species. So I talked to my uncle to see if he could take me fishing and he agreed. Wednesday, July 8, 2009. 4th of July Weekend. We had a really good 4th of July weekend. We went down to my cousins house on Samish Island on the 3rd and camped out for 2 nights. We really had a lot of fun, food and family! Here are 3 generations of girls - E, My sister and I and our Great (the kids Great Great) Aunt. My Aunt decided it was time for a little dip in the water. Who knew she would go up to her waist! E relaxing in the swing! She was trying to push herself to make the swing go. It all adds up.

Friday, February 21, 2014. On July 16, 2013 Emma Grace Burnett turned 8 years old and made the decision to be baptized. What a wonderful decision that she made.
