Bridging the Gap, Road Warrior Style!: Day One

http://projectroadwarrior.blogspot.com/2011/01/day-one.html

Bridging the Gap, Road Warrior Style! Monday, January 17, 2011. Started the day a little sleep deprived! Stayed up a little late and had to get up at 5:00 AM to catch a flight! Over slept a little, but made my flight to Atlanta to work with a Customer. Nutrition is going pretty well today, but I still need to find a nutritious low calorie Dinner. I did my first true Interval Run in a long time and I forgot how much it pushes your aerobic level! I also almost Tripped over a Christmas Tree! Project: Bridgi...

I am excited, nervous, worried all at the same time! The program was such a HUGE success for me the last time, but I have let myself slide over the last two years, particularly the last six months! I want it to be just as huge for me again! Good Luck and Be Well to all of my fellow recruits! Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone. Yoga, Yoga, Yoga!

PLATITUDES for BTWG: The Dog Ate My Homework (or the Groundhog did)

http://platitudesforbtwg.blogspot.com/2009/02/dog-ate-my-homework-or-groundhog-did.html

BTWG Fitness Cult Blog: "If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space.". Sunday, February 1, 2009. The Dog Ate My Homework (or the Groundhog did). Happy Groundhog Day BTWGers! Although I don't follow all the rules, if I could memorialize what I have done, it wouldn't be bad. Why can't I fill out the reports? I'm frustrated that I can't be a better Project administration. I'm still in Groundhog Day. I'll keep working on it. Maybe by the end of the Project, I'll wake up o...Yogarazzi...

It's All Good...: February 2009

http://jenprojectbtwg.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html

Friday, February 27, 2009. My right foot has been nagging me for some time. Ever since I performed in. In 3-inch heels in the fall. But I thought it was just a muscular thing. my feet were just sore from the unhealthy demands I placed on them for 5 weeks, often twice a day and sometimes 3 times a day. That was Monday of this week. I'm sure if you've had the pleasure of wearing one of these things you know exactly what I'm talking about! Hope you are all feeling well. Monday, February 9, 2009. It's All Good...: March 2009

http://jenprojectbtwg.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html

Thursday, March 5, 2009. Being injured is frustrating. My foot is causing me some discomfort and I'm having to back off of the Project workouts, which had been helping me feel connected to my own vitality. Now, I'm also doing a show right now which is really fun and physical, but I feel like when I'm not on stage I should be off my feet. Feet are connected to our understanding- of self, of life, and of others. Injuries to the feet can be related to a fear of the future and not stepping forward in life.

Life as I know it: February 2011

http://beckysbtwg.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html

Life as I know it. Monday, February 28, 2011. Ok It is a new day. Nothing has gone as planned since I have been up here (as far as "me"goes) I woke up this morning feeling good. Not good about the last few days, but it's a new day a fresh start. It may not be perfect, but I am ready. No excuses. No more wallowing in my self pity. What was I thinking? I have worked too hard to get this far and treat myself like this! You don't know how awesome! One day at a time! Sunday, February 27, 2011. So anyways....

http://beckysbtwg.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html

Life as I know it. Sunday, March 27, 2011. Yesterday's meeting was great! I went to Ft Wayne, took a 2 week mental, emotional, break from this, and I have struggled ever since to get myself back on it. I am not going to lie, I have had days where I have wanted to give up, and say to Hell with it, I am OVER this. It has been a real internal struggle. I almost have. But then I think about. Why did I start this in the first place? Not because I was happy right? But Chris warned us right? Can't seem to get b...

slouching towards wellness: Call me Grace...

http://carriehatesrunning.blogspot.com/2008/08/call-me-grace.html

Monday, August 25, 2008. I'm sure there's a life lesson that could be extrapolated here about mind over matter and not letting minor setbacks deter you and getting back on the horse that threw you or what not. But really, it wasn't a make or break, dare to be great kind of moment.just a small situation where I was presented with a decision, and in the moment, I was proud of myself. Plus, I've been looking pretty hard core with scrapes and bruises all down the left side of my body. Why the left side?

Brazil Continued: Iguazu Falls, Bonito, and the Pantanal. December 12, 2016. With the back and forth between Ubatuba and the mechanic in Sao Paulo, we determined that to keep to our roughly determined travel schedule we needed to head west. The northeast beaches of Brazil will have to wait for another trip! So we turned toward one of the most famous attractions in all of South America, Iguazu Falls. A little dark and grainy but you get the idea. The following day we woke early for our snorkeling excursio...
