Goodbye Misery?

Tuesday, July 11, 2006. So I ran up the mountain yesterday. Well OK, I walked up a lot of it and ran the rest. Today I am stiff and will HAVE to rest to protect my Achilles. I also walked up another mountain after. Both about 900 metres. It was a nice day. Both had cloud on top and I could see nothing. Oh well. I'll be back again and next time I will run more. I'm trying to decide on a 30 mile race at the minute. I'll see how/if my long run goes on Wed/Thurs. Posted by RaggyMaggy at 8:30 AM. Finally saw ...

Goodbye Misery?: January 2006

http://ragsmags.blogspot.com/2006_01_01_archive.html

Monday, January 30, 2006. Last day of the shift today. Mood has been OK. Have a cold and feel like shit. Just want to sleep. Posted by RaggyMaggy at 5:07 AM. Friday, January 27, 2006. Back to work today. My second 4 day shift - the first was back in November when I felt much better. I've managed to somehow get out of it each week, because I couldn't cope, but had to hide it. I've just got to hold myself together for 4 days. It can't be that hard. Can it? Posted by RaggyMaggy at 5:14 AM. I'm A Sunk Ship.

Goodbye Misery?: Bit of a Catch Up

http://ragsmags.blogspot.com/2006/05/bit-of-catch-up.html

Wednesday, May 10, 2006. Bit of a Catch Up. Well, I never made it in to work on Thursday. I lost the plot. Not done that for months and months and months, in fact probably close to a year. I don’t know what this means, or why it’s happening. My Achilles were playing up again last week so I’d decided I’d have to miss my half marathon on Sunday and I’d have to take some time out from training so I was ok on Marathon day on the 20th. I had a fall (details in Sunday's Race post! And came home with. How do I ...

Goodbye Misery?: December 2005

http://ragsmags.blogspot.com/2005_12_01_archive.html

Saturday, December 31, 2005. Oh and I have smoked a little today. I've just started drinking. I stopped drinking all year. It became a bit of a problem last year and then it made me ill on my tablets which I'm not taking now. I hate drink. But then I hate myself, so we go well together! Posted by RaggyMaggy at 5:52 PM. The day has been bearable. I confronted mum when she again tried to blame me for what I know isn't my fault. 2 years of torture and now I'm strong enough to not put up with it anym...I cou...

Goodbye Misery?: April 2006

http://ragsmags.blogspot.com/2006_04_01_archive.html

Sunday, April 30, 2006. I've just had my last ever cigarette. It was horrible. Smoking hurts my throat, gives me no pleasure and makes me feel out of breath just coming up the stairs. Posted by RaggyMaggy at 10:15 PM. How do I feel? Scared I'm still ill, getting more ill, never going to be happy. I have no reason to feel miserable all the time. I know that's how depression works, but still, it scares the shit out of me that I have no control over this. I haven't a clue. Posted by RaggyMaggy at 7:01 PM.

The Recovering Straight Girl: January 2006

http://recoveringstraightgirl.blogspot.com/2006_01_01_archive.html

The Recovering Straight Girl. My name is Kathryn and I'm a recovering straight girl. I realized after thirty-five years of being with men, that living the straight life is not the life for me. I am currently in the 12 step recovery program, trying to find my way to being a "real" lesbian. Tuesday, January 31, 2006. Blogging for me began as a form of therapy. It turned into more of a hobby and entertainment. I enjoy sharing my life and I have made a tremendous amount of friends in this arena. I hope that ...
