Wednesday, December 12, 2012. Cable Car in SF and Other Traditions. I love Christmas traditions! Last night we enjoyed a night in SF with friends and family. We rode the trolly, lost and retrieved Maverick's shoe (Way to go Rick! Glad you weren't decapitated by that ambulance), sang Christmas carols, and ate too much ice cream at Ghirardeli's. Thanks Mom and Dad for watching our kids pretty much the whole time. it almost felt like Rick and I were on a date :). Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A Family of Carrs.

Friday, August 31, 2012. Gratitude Log- Day 31. Five things I'm grateful for today:. We are excited to go spend time with good friends beach camping this weekend. I don't know why the temperature dropped so suddenly but I'm sure we'll still have a good time. I would say I'm 90% vegetarian, but bacon gets me every time. Yum. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad today is the last day, but knowing I would write five things I'm grateful for each night helped to keep my perspective optimistic throughout the day. ...

Rick & Emily's Blog of Love: June 2012
http://rickandemily.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 29, 2012. I used to feel sorry for people with kids at places like the Boardwalk or Disneyland. I thought it must be a boring and long day having to wait in those kiddy lines and miss out on the more thrilling rides. I didn't realize until our latest trip to the Boardwalk that I was the one missing out before! Mav and Charlie devoured graham crackers all night. My cute niece and daughter. The much anticipated airplane ride. Thanks Dad for making this cute montage of the little people! Have y...

Tart and sweet join together to form the holy grail of summer drinks! But like every great thing, there are ways to ruin it.
