São como tumores, e são formados quando alguma glândula fica bloqueada enquanto continua a secretar. Podem ser encontrados no tecido mamário, pâncreas, rim, glândulas salivares, membranas mucosas e glândulas sebáceas. Palpação de uma lesão característica. Excisão/remoção com exame histológico. Pode depender da localização, tipo, tamanho e recorrência.
