The Best Sweet Potato Pie. 1 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon table salt. 1 tablespoon granulated sugar. 4 tablespoons unsalted butter , chilled, cut into 1/4-inch pieces. 3 tablespoons vegetable shortening , chilled. 4 - 5 tablespoons ice water. 2 pounds sweet potatoes (about 5 small to medium).

About 12 years ago in college there was a week where we had lightening storms every night and I would drive the long open stretch between Logan and Smithfield with lightening all around me by the mountains to the East and the West. It was a magnificent sight! Wind is great for Wind Energy. Feeling a breeze that is comfortable. But not high destructive loud wind.
