See, I thought terrible thoughts in October 1998. And that happened to be the time Wichita had it's worst rainstorm ever. It was over Halloween weekend and to this day, I believe that rain saved me. I was 16 and couldn't go anywhere. Fast forward to our Rockcleft. We were there a week, and every day it rained. At night, it poured. We'd get some time where we could go outside and enjoy the sun, but it didn't last. There was a lot of rain that week. Born in a dry season. Wind and sand have blown through me.
