Saturday, July 11, 2015. Slowing Down Before We Speed Up. Friday night was a great night. A big group of us visited the V&A Waterfront and watched the sunset. After the sunset, we found this Belgium restaurant, Den Anker, and ate on the dock over the South African bay, then went a rode the Ferris wheel at V&A. What have I been up to? Friday, November 24, 2006. First gym class experience! I have just finished my first gym class! The class is called "bodyjam"! It was a lot of fun but I already feel my arms becoming stiff- ie. tomorrow I won't be able to move! Ahhhh the joys of getting fit again! I must admit that after 45 minutes of cardio dances I could nearly not go on! I highly recommend this sort of thing for ex-dancers who are too ashamed to go to dance school with school children! What have I been up to? Friday, October 20, 2006. James and Tash Tamasese, Zaf (older bro), Matt, Sala (younger sis) and I had a wonderful night celebrating my birthday!
