Disappearing Ink: 30 January 2011
http://www.removingtattoos.blogspot.com/2011/01/30-january-2011.html
Documenting the tattoo removal process. Now for the photos. Don't laugh. Actually, do. I made the mistake of getting these starting at age 14 without any thought going into what I was doing or what I was getting put on my body. This, as you can tell, is on my stomach. It has already started to fade in some spots. I am hoping that because of this, it will be easier to remove. This is on my right forearm. It is probably the darkest of all of the tattoos that I am removing. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Documenting the tattoo removal process. It has been a while since I last wrote about my removal process. I didn't get the second treatment yet, but yesterday I finally set up an appointment. I will be getting it done in less than two weeks. My Temporary Permanent Tattoo.
Disappearing Ink: February 2011

Documenting the tattoo removal process. Another small update to say that everything still looks great. Still some itching, but that gets better by the day. I had some minor peeling the past few days. It peeled in the way a sunburn does, but on a much smaller scale. There were very tiny spots over the ink that simply flaked off. This week, I was given the go ahead to use something like Mederma. I mentioned in the last post that I was going to try a new baby oil. There is still some bruising at the bottom ...

Documenting the tattoo removal process. Another quick update for today! I am still red in a lot of spots. If it is anything like time, the redness won't go away for another week. I have healed a lot since Saturday. This photo is before applying Aquaphor. So you can see that I am peeling a bit around the edges. All the shading that had been done looks to be gone. On another note, the weather here is miserable. I cannot wait until this done so that I can get to the beach again. I haven't taken a new set of...
Disappearing Ink: 23 October 2014

Documenting the tattoo removal process. Here are the updated pictures of my tattoos. These were taken today. I have had five treatments. My last was May 30th, 2014. I am long overdue for another. As you will see, the treatments thus far have really helped a lot. Lots of the shading has completely disappeared. The bottom part of the skull is gone. As painful as this one is to get treated, I'm really excited that it is almost done. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). My Temporary Permanent Tattoo.

My Temporary Permanent Tattoo: Update #2...
http://mytemporarypermanenttattoo.blogspot.com/2011/08/update-2.html
My Temporary Permanent Tattoo. Just How Permanent Is Permanent Ink? Wednesday, August 17, 2011. I haven’t done an update since my last treatment , but now I’m about to do my 3. So real quick I’ll go over how it healed up this time after treating the black ink along with the red ink. Obviously it reacted more severe than the first time. It did sting for a couple of days rather than just a few hours after the treatment, but not so much that I couldn’t tolerate it. You can see how the small blisters on the.

My Temporary Permanent Tattoo: Treatment #3...
http://mytemporarypermanenttattoo.blogspot.com/2011/08/treatment-3.html
My Temporary Permanent Tattoo. Just How Permanent Is Permanent Ink? Friday, August 19, 2011. This one was much better than the last treatment. There wasn’t as much red ink to treat, so it barely blistered and didn't sting near as long as last time! I recorded this one so that people could see how fast the treatment is. In the video I’m holding a device that blows super cold air. I don’t use any numbing cream or anything like that, just an ice pack beforehand. September 23, 2011 at 10:04 PM. It looks like...

My Temporary Permanent Tattoo: Treatment #2...
http://mytemporarypermanenttattoo.blogspot.com/2011/07/treatment-2.html
My Temporary Permanent Tattoo. Just How Permanent Is Permanent Ink? Friday, July 8, 2011. First off, from the beginning I've said that I will tell and show all of the good, bad and even the disgusting parts of what happens when having a tattoo removed by laser. Just keep that in mind because right now it's looking a little gross. But it's supposed to. So, yesterday I had my 2nd treatment. Oh my goodness! So I’m really hoping for the same scenario this time as well. Also compared to my first treatment, th...

My Temporary Permanent Tattoo. Just How Permanent Is Permanent Ink? Tuesday, June 14, 2011. I was not expecting to do any pictures of comparison just yet. I have been very pleased and amazed by the results though, so I did put a few together. I see my tattoo every day, so I see every little change. But there are some very apparent and visible fading already happening. I think I’ve already been incredibly fortunate because I've only had some minor blistering, which have already gone down. You can see that...

My Temporary Permanent Tattoo: 1st Treatment!
http://mytemporarypermanenttattoo.blogspot.com/2011/06/1st-treatment.html
My Temporary Permanent Tattoo. Just How Permanent Is Permanent Ink? Tuesday, June 7, 2011. Some places will put numbing cream on the area before hand or even give you injections for larger tattoos. I just got an ice pack and cold air. And still the pain was tolerable. I don’t think the actual procedure was worse than getting the tattoo. Just add some heat to it and that’s what it felt like to me. But for a few hours after, it definitely sucked! My wrist was just very tender. We’ll see how day 2 goes.

My Temporary Permanent Tattoo: What was I thinking?
http://mytemporarypermanenttattoo.blogspot.com/2011/06/what-did-i-just-do.html
My Temporary Permanent Tattoo. Just How Permanent Is Permanent Ink? Sunday, June 5, 2011. What was I thinking? This is the question I was asking myself as I’m walking out of the tattoo parlor with my new tattoo all wrapped up. Fresh body art permanently on my wrist! It’s not that the tattoo was done poorly or is ugly to me, but after the fact, I quickly realized that this was not what I wanted to look at FOREVER! Statistics show that around 16% of people who have tattoos completely regret getting them.
