The Marine Biodiversity Center is spearheading an initiative to build a DNA barcode. Library for Southern California marine invertebrates. As a first project, we are partnering with the National Parks Service to barcode 1,000 specimens, beginning with a BioBlitz at the Malibu Pier. On May 16 and 19, 2016. Join us if you can!
