Monday, May 30, 2011. Nanny Comes to Visit! We were so excited that Nanny, Jess's mom, could come and visit for a few days. We had our first visitor from the states and the boys were so excited. We were especially. Excited for her to see how our big boy Myatt. Had grown. When we left, he was 8 weeks and at her arrival he was 4 months and had changed a TON! We had a blast with Nanny and even though the weather was not perfect, we managed to get a lot done in the time she was here. Strawberry pie, molasses.

Sunday, June 27, 2010. Sea World June 2010. Our Sweet Boys at the JW. Marriott in San Antonio was amazing! A beautiful new hotel with lots of fun for the kids and heck the parents too. We arrived there on Thursday, just enough time to swim in the 'main' pool, because the slides and river close at 7. So the kids got to swim which made them very happy and after dinner we headed up to bed because tomorrow was going to be a FUN HOT day at SEA WORLD. Check out Carter and Dad on the front row. Thursday, June 30, 2011. This is just the kind of kid Breydan is. I have been working all evening long on their rooms. We got their bunk beds in yesterday, so it was total room redo for both of them. I got home at 5, and worked until 11. God bless my mother in law for hanging out here all evening and cooking our dinner, and helping me with my boys! Sunday, August 09, 2015. Birthday party at the fire station. We celebrated HR's birthday at our local fire station. I scheduled a tour with the fire department and then afterwards our friends came to our house for treats. The kids got to spray water with the hose, tour the station, climb on the fire truck and of course, everyone got fire hats. LE made the cupcakes, I baked firetruck cookies and Mimi iced the cookies. It was a great day to celebrate our little fire chief, or as he says, weo-weo num-nums.
