Richland Chambers Fishing and Camping. Tuesday, October 09, 2007. Hurry up if you want Crappie on Richland Chambers. Richland Chambers Reservoir is now about 6 inches low. Water temp is in the low 80's and the lake is fairly clear. Black Bass have not been too bad with a little top water action early in 2 to 4ft of water. Boat houses have been producing some good catches. The grass is starting to come back but doesen't seem to be holding the numbers of bass it should. Sand Bass were spotty this year....

Richland Chambers Fishing and Camping. Sunday, July 20, 2008. Richland Chambers lake level over 1 ft low. Richland Chambers reservoir is now about 1ft 3in low. Fishing has been good over all just not many people fishing. If you don’t know the lake very good watch out for stumps. Lots of broken boats this year. If you do break a prop or need a new one check here. Catfish are good on windy banks 1 to 3ft of water on shad or punch bait. Also being caught in 12 to 16ft of water around timber.

Richland Chambers Fishing and Camping. Wednesday, October 08, 2008. Last Chance for Crappie on Richland Chambers. This is normaly the last month to stock up on Crappie here on Richland Chambers Reservoir until they move back up the creeks around Feb. or Mar. Once we get our first good cold front in October they vanish for a couple of months. Water temp upper 70’s lake level 2ft 10in low. Right now they are catching some good size Crappie Mostly on minnows and a few jigs. In 12 to 16ft of water.
