December 29, 2010. So I this is what I sent out to my family for the holidays, and I decided it was good for everyone. So read on. The new year isn't here yet so this isn't late. So I'll fill y'all in on what I have been up to in Austin. I worked at a restaurant downtown for the first couple of months I was here. While working there I remembered how much I am not into working in a restaurant or with food in general. So I got a job working with a couple of Welders and contractors. Now for my downtime.

One of my biggest rules on this trip was what I could and couldn't ask for. During this entire trip the only things I can ask for is. I can't ask for. Shelter (unless we are in danger! Everything has to be offered. And when it is I usually don't refuse! I had planned on having to stop and get work from time to time. April 10, 2010. I'M SO SORRY MOBILE. Of weeks. I felt bad. I decided that if another offer came around to stay somewhere, then I would take it to be fair to Bill, Brian, and Chris. So on Monday night, the four of us hit the town. We went downtown to The Jackalope for all-night Happy Hour. March 10, 2010. Rolling out of Baton Rouge. So I spent Sunday rolling around BR checking out this and that. I met up with the BR Bike Polo team to watch a couple games. Congrats to Joey Votto and Josh Hamilton on winning MVP awards this year in MLB. I find it such an American tale these two. Votto missed time last year battling depression after the death of his father. Apparently he has had bouts with the malady before. At one point they did not know whether he would return to the game.
