The Sides of the Effects. June 30, 2014. If my calculation serves me right, I have been on ARV medications for the last 18 days. For the record, I am currently taking the Lamivudine-Tenofovir. Combo and the Efavirenz. Tablets scheduled to be taken at 11pm every night. These are on top of my daily servings of HRZE. 4 tablets every morning pre-breakfast).
