November 30, -0001. This year has been manic, with the fitness regime now part of my weekly routine. Monday or Tuesday lunchtime is either a 4 mile run or circuits (consisting of burpees, squats, lunges, pull ups, press ups and planking). Wednesday nights it Taekwon-Do in Dorking. Thursday is usually the same as Tuesdays. Alternate Sunday mornings are now spent just outside Dorking at an outdoor assault course designed to challenge every inch of your body! April 24, 2014. Only 2 belts to achieve this year.
