Create. Cook. Teach.: 10 YEARS?! Flexible Seating and Daily 5
http://createcookteach.blogspot.com/2016/08/10-years-flexible-seating-and-daily-5.html
Friday, August 12, 2016. Flexible Seating and Daily 5. Today was the first day of my 10th year teaching! I think every year it gets a little easier, but I am always learning something new. This year, I really want to embrace flexible seating, Daily 5, and CAFE. For the first time in 10 years, I did not assign kids seats. They got to pick, and will get to pick each day! I can already tell they are going to love it! I'm excited to begin this journey with a new teaching partner too! Posted by April Cremer.

Create. Cook. Teach.: Wedding Treasures
http://createcookteach.blogspot.com/2013/01/wedding-treasures.html
Tuesday, January 1, 2013. I made this suitcase for my sister to keep all of her wedding treasures. I searched high and low for a vintage suitcase that I liked down in the West Bottoms, our antique district. I found this old Samsonite that I think made a perfect wedding treasure suitcase! She lives in CA, but for Christmas she was in Jersey/DC. So I took her this poem and a picture instead of her hauling it back and forth! This bag was too big to bring with me,. I’ve made it small for you to see. After br...
