The meat turned out super tender and flavorful. I toasted the buns under the broiler before serving.yum! 1 lb of ground beef or turkey (I used turkey). 1 packet of Sloppy Joe Mix. 1 Can Tomato Paste (6 oz). 1 cup warm water. Mix all ingredients and cook on high for 3 to 5 hours. This is an easy meal in a pinch. View my complete profile.

I thought I'd make a breakfast and serve it for dinner. I wanted something easy since this morning was busy so I made a Mexican Breakfast Casserole. It took me less than 5 minutes to throw this together so if you are in a rush, this would be perfect. 2 cups fat free milk. 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend. 1 can of green chilies, drained. Wow, Wow, Wubbzy.

Flank Steak with Apples, Feta, and Almonds. 3 lbs of flank steak. 1/2 cup of honey. 1/2 cup of soy sauce (I used low sodium). 3/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese. 2 garlic cloves, chopped. 1 green apple, diced (I used granny smith). 1/3 cup raw almonds, chopped. So why not make Pecan-topped Sweet Potatoes. This recipe combines a lot of my favorite holiday flavors.candied sweet potatoes, cranberries, and pecans. It's like the holidays all rolled into one amazing dish. 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch slices (I used yams since that's what I had at the time). 4 tbs butter, cubed.

And since Reese is not very good at the whole sitting down to eat and act half way civilized, I thought it would be a cheap dinner and not too worry-some.Plus, we got to practice more! Finally I called the Apple store to ask about bringing it in. I made an appoint that evening (a Sunday) with the Genius Bar. It has a built in camera (our iMac was so old, it did not) and has this program called Photobooth. Reese LOVES it, she can see herself, then it counts down and takes her picture.
