The cooler temps made for one of the best runs I have had all year. We took very few walk breaks, maybe one every 2-2.5 miles if that. I finished with an average pace of 10:46 for 10 miles. Things have slowed down this week at the FD so that's been nice and I've been able to get some sleep for a change. As far as training goes, did good running Monday and Tuesday and then it seemed the weather turned bad and didn't get to do anything. If you want to see the photos I took you can see them here:. Sunday - 6 miles (great run) - weight routine at home. Monday - 3 miles on dreadmill at home and then 35 minutes on spin bike. I really get a good workout on the spin bike.
