The Hay Diet, also known as ‘food combining’, consists of five basic rules:. Do not eat carbohydrates with proteins and acid fruits at the same meal. Beck's so proud.he's SHAMPOOING! SO proud of his work.can you tell? Anytime someone comes in.he shows em his shampoo-paintin. So beck thinks anytime we squeeze something out of a tube.its shampoo. Beckhams been 'creating things' on the walls for some time now. and we've realized.we need to modify his environment. we need to be more creative! So we've been SHAMPOOING! HE created this work of art all on his own. he'd point to a shampoo and point to where he wanted it shampoo'd and then he'd go to work.

Tuesday, November 30, 2010. Our 2010 Christmas Pic out-takes. This year for our family pic I thought it would be cute to sit on a couch on a trail. No problem right? Well my wonderful husband actually went along without a fuss and picked up a sofa from my girlfriend, put it in the back of the truck and parked it smack dab in the middle of a trail in Rancho.
