Jul 25, 2011. Our trip to Antioch. Since Ryan is not working we decided to take advantage of his free time and drive up to Northern CA to visit my family last week. We drove up on a Thursday and Brady did SO well. He usually takes pretty short naps, and has never gone over 3 hours, but on this drive, he slept for 4 hours! Aug 1, 2011. Stringam Family Reunion - 2011. Last week we headed up to Midway, UT (just outside of Park City) for the Stringam family reunion (my mother-in-law's family). We rented a big house and had a few families stay with us, while some of the others rented condos nearby. One day we drove over to Cascading Falls to hike around. Monday, September 17, 2012. Saturday we enjoyed the Blue and Red Breakfast the morning of the BYU/UT game up with our old ward. It was at nine this year (instead of eight) so we had some time to drive up there. Then we headed down the mountain to Grandma Barfuss' for a wonderful lunch BBQ with all my family. Saturday, May 26, 2012. On Saturday we went to the Lamb and Wool Festival at Thanksgiving point. We got to see the lambs and the yarn and knit/crochet projects. Definitely the best part though was the sheep shearing- we got to see a sheep actually sheared! It was very cool. Such a fun day- we love having the passes so we can just run in.
