At dinner, the decision was made to put off the white rim trail until the last day, so there would be time for it to dry out, since the weather was supposed to clear. The on and off rains left the roads wet. It wasn't too bad along onion creek, as it was rocky enough to get good traction. Here's a longer video clip of this ride:. Rides and reports of motorcycle adventures. Az: copper canyon, cherry, poland roads, verde val. Az: Stoneman and Morman lake, Mountainaire, Oak Cree. Az: copper canyon, cherry, poland roads, verde valley to prescott. Here's a ride we did yesterday, 8/19/09. Kim and I left sedona about 8, rode out fr618 to hwy 260, and turned into camp verde to meet Tom. This is a pretty cool trail. It is fairly narrow, with lots of trees overhanging. some water and quite a few rocks. Tom coming back after looking ahead.

We met in Mayer on Friday at 8:30. It was freezing! I had on mesh jacket and pants, and my fingers were numb riding through the pines. It did warm up some as the day progressed. It was easy gravel for the first part. down Poland road unti it became very rugged. Stuff like this is easy on the wr with the right air pressures!
