Monitoring Wells are Up/Down and Running. The first two monitoring wells in the State Observation Well Station for the Northern Neck have been drilled near Burgess. Telemetry equipment has been installed that sends readings to a United States Geological Survey computer every 15 minutes. You can access the information on Real Time Data for each well by clicking on the well numbers below. Both wells are in the same borehole. The depth of the hole is 1,242 feet below land surface. Monday August 10 at 6:00 pm.
