Sailing with Senara

A continuing sea log of sailing experiences and reflections. Wednesday, July 13, 2011. Since we had no genoa we took a fairly direct route home, cutting a few days off our trip. We made unplanned stops, overnighting in a couple of coves that we had never before visited. It turned out to be the most naturally scenic part of our trip. The rest of the trip:. A cove in the Choptank River to Annapolis. Baltimore to a cove near Solomon’s island. Dividing Creek to Sarah’s Creek. Links to this post. K is trying ...

Sailing with Senara: it's never the same

http://sailingwithsenara.blogspot.com/2011/06/its-never-same.html

A continuing sea log of sailing experiences and reflections. Sunday, June 26, 2011. It's never the same. The last time we sailed into Baltimore, people were taking our picture. We had the perfect broad reach, we were flying our big yellow and white herring-bone pattern drifter, and we had perfect control of the boat. We eased into the inner harbor, doused the drifter, dropped the main, and neatly backed into a slip. Right in front of tourists, God and everybody else. Shards remain hanging on the forestay.

Sailing with Senara: northern bay wins

http://sailingwithsenara.blogspot.com/2011/06/northern-bay-wins.html

A continuing sea log of sailing experiences and reflections. Monday, June 27, 2011. After a great respite in Baltimore's inner harbor, we set out southward. We quickly noted that everywhere we looked, from 10 miles north of the Bay Bridge to 10 miles south of it, all we saw were sails! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Above Photo of Senara by Victoria Thomas Design and Photography. Http:/ www.VictoriaThomasDesign.com. What are we doin'? HAT ARE WE DOIN'? Well, that remains a good question. View my com...

Deaf people can do everything except hear. .we prove it everyday. And now with the cochlear implant we can hear as well. Since I was a child, I have dreamed of sailing single-handed around the world. Sailing With Serenity | Follow the adventures of S/V Serenity, our Tayana 37' sailboat

Follow the adventures of S/V Serenity, our Tayana 37' sailboat. First time at anchor. January 6, 2015. One of the milestones of owning a boat is the first time one spends overnight at anchor.
