The more calories you burn, the less you'll have to reduce your fat intake. 6 small meals a day is better than 3 large ones. This lets your body utilize the nutrients and speeds up the metabolic rate. Speed up metabolism = aerobics every other day, moderate calorie, high protein and low fat and sugar diet.
