Monday, December 31, 2012. After we got home from our trip to Branson, we decided to make Saturday the 29th our day to celebrate Christmas in Omaha. Wednesday, October 31, 2012. My parents came over for dinner, and then went trick or treating with us around the neighborhood. It is fun for us to be able to have them come along. The kids loved, loved, loved trick or treating this year, and were SO excited. They literally sprinted from house to house. We struggled just trying to keep up with them! At one point, Makenna (along with 2 of our neighbors) got a bit ahead of Hudson, and while running after them, he yelled, "Wait for me.I'm a fighter pilot!

Wednesday, January 30, 2013. Clara is 8 months old now, and has started to crawl! I love watching a baby learn new things. It is so amazing to me how one day they can't do something, and then the next day they can. I also love the 'crawling baby' stage. A crawling baby is just so cute to me. Saturday, July 6, 2013. My parents held their annual 4th of July party again this year. The lake is the perfect place to spend the 4th of July.
