Sew Mollie Sue, Quilt Much?: April 2013

http://www.sewmolliesue.com/2013_04_01_archive.html

Sew Mollie Sue, Quilt Much? Sunday, April 28, 2013. Here, in North Carolina, we are having a rainy day. It is cool but we have the windows open and are welcoming in the day. I can hear the birds singing and the roosters crowing. Our neighbors up the street have three chickens that roam the neighborhood. Love it when they come to visit! The yard is looking great! Housekeeping and laundry took some time to get back to normal.or close enough to normal for now. Whew! Sketch out my idea yesterday for the upco...

Sew Mollie Sue, Quilt Much? Sunday, February 9, 2014. The Elusive Quarter Inch Seam - Part 2. Last week, I challenged myself to perfect the quarter inch seam. Well, I wasn't successful. Cut just a smidgen (yes, that is a term of measurement) more than is necessary.basically the width of one thread. I still have ...

Sew Mollie Sue, Quilt Much? Sunday, February 2, 2014. The Elusive Quarter Inch. I heard six more weeks of winter. Is that what you heard? As part of my intention setting exercise for 2014.I made a goal to improve my quilting skills by working through my list of UFOs. This actually accomplishes two goals for me.finishes some of those lingering projects as well as improves my skills so that I can take on more challenging projects.hopefully in 2015. Has anyone actually seen the Quilting Police? And sew them...

Quilts, Fabric and Thread Tales. Sunday, August 11, 2013. Ho Ho Ho Blog Hop Winners. Now for the winners. Hubby and I have discussed for two days, (sometimes I think we may over think things) the best way to pick the winner, I had wanted him to draw but when I mentioned the Random Number Generator, he felt that was more scientific (he is way more scientific than I) so that is my method for acquiring my winners. The first winner is #90. August 3, 2013 at 1:48 PM. Thank you for sharing! This is her fabric.

Thursday, March 27, 2014. Sharing You Tube Videos. I am embarrassingly behind on blogging (obviously). School and a toddler, an extremely active toddler have left me very little time for, well, anything else. Here are some videos taken since my last post. This video was taken in September, we went on walks most mornings and often went to a pond near us with a lot of ducks. Nate learned to say "duck" within the first two times we went. He loved watching them. These videos were taken on Jovi's birthday.
