My name is Jayci. I was born and raised in Hawaii. After graduating high school, I left Hawaii for Washington. I attended Washington State University and graduated with a Psychology degree. Now I live in Colorado Springs. I like to bake, sew and DIY/fix up projects. January 25, 2015. January 25, 2015. Last night, Justin fried the Mochiko Chicken I had marinating since Friday. I have been home sick and craving some local food for a while now. Here is the recipe I used (but we made some adjustments):. 2 lbs of chicken (I used three pieces of chicken breasts). 5 tbsp shoyu/soy sauce (I like the Aloha brand). 2 cloves of garlic (I used the Costco pre minced garlic so I just put a few spoonfuls in). Marinate for a few hours and fry until golden brown. It was so yummy!
