They gathered, discussed, then broke up and started walking around our area looking for people. We made it to Amsterdam in one piece. We were met by Eline and her dad, Erik. They took us to Friesland where there was a sail boat race going on. It was so beautiful! We stayed at Erik's girlfriend's house and used her boat to cruise the canals and go to the race. Monday, August 31, 2009. First Day of School- Summer is over. So school is back in session and for today I am enjoying the peace and quiet of my home. What did I do over summer vacation. We only took one small trip out of town and that was to Utah to play at lagoon. We rode the big roller coaster. It was fun, I mean I liked it, My girls hated it. Scared the pants off them. So after that we stuck with Rattle Snake Rapids. Blinds with new 2 inch fake. And the Oscar Mayer Wienie. Whistle. Emma had fun.

Monday, May 21, 2012. We have had a great couple of months! Easter weekend was wonderful. Saturday, we had a fantastic Easter Egg hunt at the Pierce's with their family and the Lindhjems, Rheutans, and Davises. Sunday we got to celebrate on the Boulevard and at the Monument Avenue parade. Look at these cousins checking each other out! The following weekend was Eleanor's baptism. I have asked Jane to send me some good pics from the event.
