This is also a dish Chinese women who’ve given birth eat, because it has loads of ginger. Takes only minutes to make and uses only six ingredients! Chicken breasts, deboned, skinned and diced to big chunks one inch wide (three pieces). Ginger, about four large tbsps, sliced to one-inch strips. Garlic, chopped (about two tbsp). Anyway, to herald in the holiday season, here’s a recipe for simple sugar cookies. They keep their shape quite well, although for one batch, I added just a half stick more butter and they didn’t, so mind the butter if you want the shapes to stay. You will need a power mixer for this and cookie cutters for shapes. 1 tsp vanilla essence.

Pork ribs are definitely a favourite among meat-eaters so you won’t go wrong with this one. Not recommended if you’re on a diet! Best served with steaming white rice. A dozen pork ribs, mainly the kind sold for bbqing. Ketchup (about one cup). Oyster sauce (2 tbsp). Worschestershire sauce (1 tbsp). It is super yummy.
