I love learning new things. for example: this past weekend, i found out what is believed to be the first sentence in english ("this she-wolf is a reward to my kinsman"), how detrimental to schoolwork photos from NY fashion week. Are, and what type of hat coogan is wearing in the photos below. Itself a respelling of the alemannic käppi. A diminutive form of kappe. And the fascinating origins of the word "cap". Almost a year ago, derek left this sweater (inherited from his granddad's closet) at my apartment. it has been sitting idly in my closet for all this time screaming at me to wear it. unfortunately, i never did because i was afraid that i would mess it up (considering my penchant for coffee which equals shaky hands stained heirloom sweaters). I know the nickname is something like "the big apple" or "city of angels" or "ATL"? I don't get it; those have nothing to do with sweaters.
