Saturday, April 18, 2015. Sadly, last Tuesday Bill Riley was farewelled with a service at the Tocumwal Bowls Club celebrating his wonderful life. Bill, founder of gliding in Tocumwal was a remarkable man with many outstanding achievements to his name. Bill will be fondly remembered by many. Vintage glider museum members, Alan, Bruce, Jim, Graham and David attended Bills service. In past years Bill had donated many aircraft to the museum. Etienne (above) about to do some circuits in HDK.

It generally takes at least 2 pilots to operate the "Billy Goat" vacuum (above). One pilot in the hands on position and the other in the supervisory position. Yepwe've just about got it all figured out! Laurel (above) enjoyed a flight with Eddie in the tail dragger. Rolf and David (above) about to take UE to the launch point.
