Voices from the heart. Monday, August 10, 2009. We wanted to view the parade from Merlion Park this year. However, the whole place was denied entry at around 615pm. The pedestrian path along the Esplanade Drive was jam packed with human crowd. We moved along the Anderson Bridge next, and made a quick decision to stay put at the bridge. Luckily, our decision was wise and sound as the police stopped further entry to the bridge after that. Joshuaboy trying hard to record.). Did we say the pledge at 822pm?

Voices from the heart. Wednesday, September 30, 2009. Joshua's kindergarten celebrated Children's Day and its annual Sports Day this morning. It was like a carnival with food and drinks on sale at the school compound. The atmosphere reminded me of a fun fair a few years back at my previous work place.the crowd, the parents, the pupils, the noise, the mood, the fun and the fair.blah blah blah. I was 'invited' ( again! There wasn't much shade though, but not much sun either. Snack time. before the race.

Voices from the heart. Wednesday, March 25, 2009. Joshua third day in school. Today was a PE day for all pupils ( from pre-nursery to K2). Pupils were all dressed in pe attire. They had morning exercise as a school. Then joshua boy's class had some extra running exercise in the church field. I like the idea of going out for the kids to unwind and soak in the sun.
