It's been awhile since I've posted, but I have been cooking in my new "sola" style, sometimes with success, sometimes not! The one thing that remains consistent is the satisfaction of cooking from whole foods as opposed to processed, pre-prepared items. I don't think there is a moral in that story. Back to the more familiar "Gina" cuisine. A quest similar to saffron, how exquisite it must be!
