Sunday, September 21, 2008. We received word from our agency that we are #7 on the waiting list! We're thinking that means we will receive a referral in the next 2 batches, and usually the batches come once a month. I say usually, but because our agency's program is new, we really don't have a lot to base that on. It's been that way so far, but I'm trying to keep in mind that things could change. Friday, April 24, 2009. We found out this morning that we passed court and Zinabu David Czarnecki is officially our son! We aren't sure when we'll travel yet, but should find out soon. Usually it's just a few weeks from court until travel so we're starting to pack and check things off our many to-do lists! We raised $500 that night and then received the rest from people who weren't able to make it but wanted to contribute. We feel so blessed by your generosity!
