We are happy to offer a variety of physical exercise groups to compliment our speech and language programs. These exercise groups can be adapted for members with a wide variety of mobility and fitness levels. These innovative groups combine cardio and resistance training to exercise. Tuesdays: 2:15 - 3:15 p.m. Wednesdays: 1:00 - 2:00 pm.

After, 23 years, the celebration is a bit low key, but since my stroke, everyday is a celebration. You must take your vows seriously. When you say “in sickness and in health” you never know what fate will bring you. I have a wonderful husband and we say “I love you” each day, a few times. He also makes me laugh.
