Hazen Family: January 2010
http://brianandkatiehazen.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, January 20, 2010. While at our resort, Brian and I let the company try to sell us a timeshare (they're pretty convincing too! To quote my mom, "Those people could sell ice to an Eskimo! We were fortunate enough to get out without signing our names to anything, AND we walked away with 1 FREE Disneyland ticket and 1 half-price ticket! So, that's right! We spent a total of $35.50 on two tickets to the happiest place in America! We went and it truly was a MAGICAL experience! It was so cute! Okay, ...

Hazen Family: December 2009
http://brianandkatiehazen.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 8, 2009. For two days we have watched the snow fall tirelessly here in Utah. Madelyn enjoyed watching it come down and she kept reaching for the falling snowflakes. So, this afternoon it finally stopped snowing and the sun started peeking through the clouds, and Madelyn and I decided to brave the elements and play in the snow! It took us about 20 minutes to get her all dressed up for the snow! She just didn't know what to think of the many layers of clothing we were putting on her!

Hazen Family: November 2009
http://brianandkatiehazen.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 23, 2009. This past month has been filled with birthdays! Madelyn and I celebrated another year! Here's a little update on Madelyn:. She weighs 17.5 lbs. She won't be into a forward facing carseat for a while! She took her first few steps at the beginning of October and she's been getting better and better since. She's basically stopped crawling altogether. She's especially cute when she tries to go quickly! She hasn't figured out running yet! She knows she's so cute when she does it.

Hazen Family: October 2009
http://brianandkatiehazen.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Sunday, October 25, 2009. Dear Upstairs Neighbor,. You are great neighbors. I just have a few requests of you and the bathroom. Please refrain from vomiting. Hearing it made the Hazen Trio all gag this morning. Please do not shower while Madelyn is sleeping. For some reason, your shower is especially noisy down here and it always wakes her up! When you parent your own child, you will understand how important sleeping is. Once again, Madelyn finds it difficult to sleep through your musical antics.

Hazen Family: Colorado
http://brianandkatiehazen.blogspot.com/2010/05/colorado.html
Wednesday, May 12, 2010. I know I promised to have some photos from our stay in Colorado, but it just seems daunting to tell you everything that we did while we were there so here are just a few pictures to explain our time. Sorry! This first picture was taken before we left. I made the family do a good deep cleaning of our entire Provo apartment and Maddie especially enjoyed cleaning out the fridge! I just had to show you her sweet little smile! When we didn't let her go out with him. She also got to ri...

Hazen Family: July 2009
http://brianandkatiehazen.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 9, 2009. Never a Better Time. We took our first family vacation last week to the City Beautiful, Nauvoo. Brian's mom and brother Trevor met us there. It was the first time I've been back since I finished my mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The experience was wonderful! The best part was being there with Brian and Madelyn. I'm terrible at remembering to take pictures so here are the few that we took. Steve Campbell gave us a buggy ride through the city.

Hazen Family: Easter!
http://brianandkatiehazen.blogspot.com/2010/04/easter.html
Sunday, April 4, 2010. We have had such a great Easter weekend! First of all, we LOVED listening to General Conference. In between sessions on Saturday, Madelyn dyed Easter eggs. She had the time of her life! She wanted to put the eggs in one color and then take them out and put them in another. Needless to say, the eggs were quite original when she was done! Even better, everyone else had a great time as well! We had an amazing prime rib roast (with Pepsi gravy of course - thank you Sister Lewis! I can ...

Hazen Family: February 2010
http://brianandkatiehazen.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 14, 2010. While we were in California it was nice enough for Brian and Madelyn to spend a little time in the outdoor pool at the resort. I'm pretty sure Maddie was made for the water because she did NOT want to get out! Apparently Brian was not going fast enough for her! Look at that yawn! She loved sitting on the wall and then "jumping" into his arms! Now, in all of my packing for California, I'd mistakenly left the swim diapers at home! A girl needs the pool!
