Friday, August 27, 2010. This morning as we prepared to enter tree pose,. The yoga teacher told us that balance takes practice. Most people don't just take one foot off the floor and rest it against the knee of the opposite leg. You have to work at that! Some days it's easier than others, and often one side is more balanced than another. But practice helps.
