Its Been Awhile…. March 21, 2016. 5 Months to be exact… I’m not sure how the last 5 months or better yet the last year has managed to escape me. Of course when life gets hectic this blog is the first to go. Timehop reminded me the other day that I started my blog 4 years ago this week. What started as cooking blog, turned into “blog challenges” and my random ramblings about life. I’m pretty good at rambling. I’ve been through 3 name changes and even more life changes! More on the name change this week!

When I signed us up, it was really because everyone told me how great it was for the kids. I would do anything to see my kids smile. So, I went online an I applied and we were approved. I had no clue what we were in for. Waiting to board the plane. My kids have never been on an airplane. We have never been to Texas. We had never gone anywhere just the 4 of us. Things have been hard lately emotionally and I truly felt a few days away in honor of their dad would be good and healing. Kids with their balloons.
