Wednesday, April 7, 2010. Tomorrow will mark Jeremy's second guitar lesson, but I didn't want his first one to go by without blogging about it. He was so excited! Bryan went into a local music shop and spoke to them about Jeremy wanting to take lessons. Bryan ended up signing him up for 1 month and came home with a guitar, picks and case. Friday, January 22, 2010. W did survive, but it was a challenge! When we arrived this morning Dr. Syms informed me with Courtney's history of ear infections that we should go ahead and remove her adenoids! A little longer of a procedure and a whole lot more anesthesia and all that comes along with that, but we survived! Sunday, February 28, 2010. We ended up doing a culture on Courtney's right ear. We find out tomorrow what it is and how we will treat it. The options are more oral antibiotics, going to an infectious disease doctor, removing the tube they just put in, patching her eardrum and doing more antibiotics, or iv antibiotics. So, we shall see! Thursday, October 15, 2009. What I have learned. I have learned that as a parent we will sacrifice everything for their well being, for them to be successful. I have met families who have moved to another country to get the best care/therapy they could find. We are only trying to move to another city and it is difficult, I can't imagine another country!
