August 15, 2011. Strawberry Rhubarb Coffee Cake. I had been saving an email I received back in the spring from All Recipes.com that contained all strawberry and rhubarb items. I love that combination, but the timing was not good for baking. I was 9 months pregnant and not in the mood to bake! This cake was pretty easy to make and is really good! It is super moist and am looking forward to making it again to do a better job cutting the butter into the topping. Here is the recipe. 2 cups chopped rhubarb.

October 2, 2009. I have made this recipe we got at our shower from Steve's best friend's wife, Dacia. We love it! It is almost like a wet burrito rather than enchiladas and it is so easy. We have made some modifications which I included here. The modifications started because of what we had in the house and we think it came out fabulously! Sorryno picture. It really isn't a attractive dish, it is more like a hot, gooey mexican blob of goodness. :). 4 large chicken breasts (we usually use 3 Costco size).

October 9, 2011. This was such an easy recipe and oh my gosh, are these good brownies. Make them now, you will not be disappointed! The brownie part itself is a nice light cake texture and paired with the fluff and crispy chocolate topping, it is a total winner. Must wash it down with a glass of milk because they are sweet and chocolatey. Yum. 1 cup butter, softened. 6 Tbsp baking cocoa. 2 tsp vanilla extract. 1 7 oz. jar marshmallow fluff. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips.

December 6, 2010. The stockings were hung by the mantle with care. I cannot express how happy I was to move into a house that had a fireplace and a great mantle! It is already kind of full with all the stockings for our 20 Paws, so when June Bug is here next year, we will have to make some room! This is yet another successful recipe we recipe we received from a guest at our wedding shower, which is hard to believe was nearly a year ago already. Man, how time flies. Thanks Aunt Lisa for the recipe! We will definitely be adding this to the rotation. We really liked the flavor and I liked the minimal dishes it required to make it! 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil. 4 chicken breasts cut into 1 inch chunks (I used 2 Costco sized ones). 1 cup uncooked rice.
