Someone brought the flu-bug from MN and infested our family. Four year old sick Sunday, Eight year old sick Monday and Six year old sick today. No idea how long, but by the amount of droppings we found, it's been awhile! We started cleaning and getting ready to decorate for Christmas and my wife found some brown rice looking stuff under our ottoman. Turns out it was mouse droppings. I stopped at Target to do some Black Friday shopping at 2:00 in the morning. What did I buy? Oh Rio, Rio.

I will be dropping by on Thursday to pick up my access key and get a shot workout in. Then it is back at it. Get out of bed in the morning and get to the gym. I will keep you updated on the progress. Friday, July 16, 2010. Back to the gym. Made it back to the gym this morning. I feel better already. Just feel like I have more energy, more ready to face the day.
