Tea Time With Heidi. I suffered an unexpected ruptured brain aneurysm in 2006. I was unaware the almost 1/2" diameter aneurysm was there. I went to the ER, they discovered the bleed and I was sent down to Maine Medical Center where Dr. Eddie Kwan performed endovascular coiling on my aneurysm via the femoral artery in the groin. 16 micro-thin, platinum coils were inserted into the aneurysm via the femoral artery. I moved to Maine in 2000 to be with my Maine Man. In 2010, we were married and live in a beautiful area of the state. I started a new job July 1, and have continued on at the Museum. I work Sundays and Mondays at the museum, then Tuesday through Saturday 6am-2pm at my new job.
